Winter (December 18 – April 14)

$450/ Night

Spring Summer Fall (April 15- December 17)

$400/Night

Cleaning Fee

Add $200 per stay; additional complimentary mid-cleaning service if you stay more than two weeks.

Premium Dates

Add $200 for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter

Discounts

The maximum discount is $50/night.

Length of Stay

$10/night - 10-19 nights $20/night - 20-29 nights $30/night - 30+ nights $20/night - past guest discount Hawaii Tax: 18.71%

Reservation Policy

Reservations may be placed for available dates within one year. Current guests have priority for next year, with first right of refusal. If you are interested in planning a vacation next year, email your request, as the dates may still be available if the current guest is not returning.

Reservation/Damage Deposit Check

The check is due when you place a reservation to guarantee your spot; when the safe and screen door keys are left in the condo, and the condo is verified to be neat, orderly, and in good condition. U.S. residents: Send a damage/security deposit check from the same account used to pay the fee. Canadians: Use a personal check for the damage/security deposit. Other countries: Arrangements will be made to pay the damage/security deposit.

Rental Fee

Fees must be paid in USD (United States dollars). Checks must be payable to a US bank. The rental fee is due one month before your vacation. We would prefer you pay by personal check or bank check in USD, but if you prefer, you may use PayPal or wire transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Security deposits and/or rental fees will be returned if we are able to rent the condo on the days you canceled, less any fees or revenue loss we incur as a result of your cancellation. Cancellations that are close to the reservation date may be hard to re-rent. The rental rate is lower for Coming Up Soon reservations. If this is a concern for you, we suggest trip insurance.
